Ella-Grace Gregoire is a Gen Z consultant and globally recognised changemaker with extensive experience designing, leading, and advising high-impact social initiatives. Since the age of 17, she has founded and advised charities, shaped youth-led programmes, and worked alongside organisations and institutions to embed wellbeing, equity, and authentic youth voice into decision-making.
Her work has been royally commended and recognised by organisations including Virgin, alongside multiple national and international awards for leadership and social impact. She is an AMR Leadership Fellow, an Ashoka Youth Changemaker, a UN Delegate for the Commission on the Status of Women, and was named on the Future List 2026. These roles position her within both grassroots delivery and senior strategic spaces.

Through her consulting work, Ella-Grace supports organisations, brands, and institutions to design credible, effective social impact initiatives. She advises on Gen Z engagement, youth inclusion strategy, mental health and wellbeing frameworks, and long-term impact design. Her approach is evidence-informed, youth-led, and grounded in real-world delivery, ensuring initiatives move beyond intention into measurable change.
